Overview
The Bruntcliffe Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Cover Supervisor. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy; you will be expected to work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating, and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate and providing classroom cover for short term absences.
Responsibilities
* Provide classroom cover for short-term absences and support teachers with lesson planning, evaluating, and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate.
Qualifications
* GCSE Grade A - C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
* Experience of working with young people.
* The ability to adapt to different abilities, key stages, subjects, and situations.
