Become part of a team that prioritizes customer satisfaction. As a Shift Manager, you'll oversee the shop in the absence of the Store Manager, motivate and engage the team, and ensure they have what they need to excel.
Our services include in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. You'll lead the team in providing a fantastic shopping experience, whether customers are in-store or online.
Typical responsibilities include:
1. Inspiring the team to achieve excellent results and uphold shop standards.
2. Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and courteously.
3. Preparing products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens.
4. Ensuring displays are fully stocked with a variety of options.
5. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and presentable shop environment.

You should be reliable, demonstrate natural leadership, and have a passion for exceptional customer service. Supportive of an inclusive culture, you value diversity.
