Sales Specialist
Salary: Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£40k-£50k OTE)
Location: Poole, Dorset
Hours: 5 days a week Monday - Saturday (1 in 3 Sundays, 1 weekend off in every 3)

The role would involve interacting with all customers, finding out as much information as possible to help secure them a vehicle which is going to suit all their needs and wants.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate excellent product expertise, offering information and solutions to give customers confidence throughout the sales process.
* Recognise and act upon opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise personal performance.
* Work alongside all FSA regulations and internal dealership policies for a streamlined sales process.
* Listen to customer needs, adapt the sales pitch to suit each customer, delivering a great individual experience with the aim of repeat business or referrals.
* Exhibit effective problem-solving skills and explore all options to secure a close, providing the customer with the best finance facilities.
* Work towards SLAs and respond to enquiries as quickly as possible.

* Ability to manage own pipeline and maximise opportunities, staying driven to achieve results and targets.
* Problem-solving skills, overcoming concerns by offering solutions and resolving issues.
* Adaptability, remaining flexible to each customer’s needs to offer a positive experience.
* Capability to work under pressure with strong organisational skills, following internal processes with compliance and regulations.
* Minimum of 2 years of sales experience; experience in a similar role is advantageous.
* Holding a full driving licence is essential.
