Role: Braeburn Supervisor
Responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the front-line operations of our business.
2. Assisting the manager with administrative tasks to ensure optimal store performance.
3. Helping the site manager drive sales and meet targets.
4. Motivating the team through effective leadership and communication.
5. Ensuring store operations adhere to Braeburn standards, policies, and procedures.
