Job Summary: The Digital Strategy Manager leads the development and execution of digital initiatives to enhance the online presence and marketing performance of Stonebridge Companies’ hotel portfolio. This role oversees content strategy, website management, social media engagement, and digital advertising, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering impactful results.
Essential Functions and Duties:
• Lead the content strategy and development for branded and vanity websites, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
• Oversee the vision, creation, and maintenance of vanity sites, including domain and hosting management.
• Manage digital budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and execute display and search ad campaigns to drive traffic and revenue.
• Oversee social media accounts, including content creation, publishing, engagement, and ad strategy.
• Support new property openings and acquisitions with digital and creative marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to present digital strategy results and recommendations.
• Create marketing collateral, such as group flyers and property information sheets, to support sales efforts.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to optimize digital performance.
• Monitor website performance and analytics, using insights to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:
• Experience with Full Service, Lifestyle and Independent hotel types preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager) and web analytics tools.
• Familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs), third-party booking platforms, and customer review channels (e.g., TripAdvisor, Expedia, Yelp).
• Experience managing social media accounts, including content creation and ad strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, including display and search campaigns.
• Graphic design experience preferred, with knowledge of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying current on digital trends and best practices.
Work Environment:
• Primarily works in an office environment with frequent use of computers and digital marketing tools.
• Requires extended periods of sitting and performing detailed work on multiple projects.
• Occasional travel to hotel properties for on-site support, new openings, or acquisitions.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting.
