Join an International bank as a Facilities Administrator and play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our residential and commercial premises across the UK. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, manage key vendor relationships, and gain exposure to facilities operations within a regulated banking environment. What You'll Be Doing As part of the GB & Administration team, you will: Support the Assistant Manager - Premises/Facilities with contracts, SLAs and agreements Liaise with contractors and vendors to resolve maintenance and infrastructure issues Attend branch and site visits as required Process and vet third-party invoices accurately and on time Manage relationships with IT and hardware vendors (laptops, mobile phones, etc.) Coordinate physical records management and security system providers Support annual fixed asset verification exercises Assist with updating department processes, manuals and policies Oversee in-house request management systems Purchase office supplies, furniture and equipment Help set up social events, meetings and training rooms Provide flexible support, including occasional out-of-hours assistanceYou'll also collaborate closely with Assistant Managers, senior leadership, and internal stakeholders across the bank. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Organised, proactive and solutions-focused Confident dealing with external vendors and contractors Comfortable handling invoices and administrative processes IT-savvy with strong MS Office skills Knowledgeable in PC platforms and email systems Customer-focused with excellent communication skills Energetic, adaptable and quick to learn Comfortable with occasional manual handlingFacilities experience is highly desirable, and basic hardware troubleshooting knowledge would be an advantage.
