Job Opportunity: SAP Data Entry Clerk – Solihull B92
Location: Solihull, B92
Hours: Monday to Friday, Rotating shifts (Mornings/Afternoons/Nights)
Pay Rate: £ per hour (overtime available where required)
Contract Type: Ongoing Agency – no end date

– Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately input and manage data using SAP systems
2. Maintain and update inventory and operational records
3. Support the operations team with timely and precise data entry
4. Ensure compliance with internal data standards and procedures
5. You will be working in a warehouse office environment
6. Dealing directly with incoming HGV drivers, checking paperwork, and issuing instructions
– Requirements:
7. Proven working experience with SAP data entry in a logistics environment or;
8. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is highly desirable
9. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
10. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
11. Good communication and organisational skills
12. You must undertake a Drug & Alcohol Test and DBS check before commencing work
13. Own transport or live local to Solihull (B92)
14. Willingness to work rotating shifts
