Salary & Bonus
* Base salary: From £30,000 (DOE)
* Bonus: Up to £18,000 annually
* Top performers: Earn up to £65,000 per year
Your Role as a Conveyancer
As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload including:
* Freehold
* Leasehold
* Shared ownership
* New build
* More complex matters
With specialist teams and modern technology behind you, you’ll be empowered to deliver great service and achieve strong results.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of 90+ files (depending on experience)
* Progress all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
* Maintain high service standards while achieving completion targets
* Provide guidance and collaborate with colleagues
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience handling a high‑volume residential conveyancing caseload
* Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Comfortable working to targets and deadlines in a busy environment
