The role

As a Digital Audit Manager, you’ll be part of a specialist team within PwC’s Audit practice that combines technology, data and audit expertise to deliver high-quality, forward-looking audits. You’ll join a collaborative, inclusive team that values challenge, innovation and continuous learning. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of digital audit work across a portfolio of complex and high-profile clients, using advanced tools such as automation, data analytics and AI, while also providing assurance over clients’ technology environments, including cloud, infrastructure and applications. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of audit and technology, wants to develop deep technical expertise, and is motivated by coaching others and building trusted client relationships in a rapidly evolving audit environment.
What your days will look like
You’ll play a key role in delivering digitally enabled audits while supporting team development and client relationships, including:
1. Managing the day-to-day delivery of digital audit work across multiple engagements
2. Leading and coaching junior team members, providing technical oversight and feedback
3. Managing engagement performance, including resourcing, budgets and delivery timelines
4. Working directly with clients and internal specialists to resolve technical and audit-related matters
This role is for you if:
5. Must possess a CA / ACA / ACCA / ICAS qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
6. Experience auditing IT systems and evaluating technology that supports financial and operational processes
7. Experience working on complex audits within large, multi-entity organisations
8. Proven experience managing audit teams and reviewing the work of junior colleagues
9. Strong project management experience, including budgeting and delivery against deadlines
10. Experience building and maintaining effective client relationships in a professional services environment
