The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our opening team. You will play a key role in setting and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support the housekeeping team on a daily basis
* Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met
* Coordinate room cleaning schedules and staff assignments
* Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygiene standards
* Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and linen
* Report maintenance issues promptly
* Assist with hands-on cleaning when required
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory role
* Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
