We are seeking to appoint an excellent Head of Faculty for Design Technology and Art to provide professional leadership, management and co‑ordination of the Faculty. The incumbent will ensure students achieve at high levels through effective teaching and learning. The role offers considerable opportunity for progression.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing professional leadership and direction to Design Technology and Art staff.
* Coordinating curriculum delivery to maximise student outcomes.
* Managing resources and personnel within the Faculty.
* Promoting an innovative and inclusive learning environment.
The successful candidate will be dynamic, creative, an excellent team player and able to inspire others.
