Strong troubleshooting ability, root cause analysis, and system diagnostics. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on resolving complex systems issues under tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of flight simulation systems such as FFS (Full Flight Simulators) or FTD (Flight Training Devices) is desirable. Prior experience working directly with customers during system acceptance testing is highly desirable. Certification or training in INCOSE Systems Engineering practices is a plus. Exposure to agile or hybrid development methodologies is beneficial. Responsibilities: Lead the integration of various subsystems (hardware and software) into cohesive flight simulation systems. Maintain and optimize system configurations for improved operational efficiency. Define and execute test plans to verify system performance, functionality, and safety. Ensure all systems meet regulatory standards and performance metrics for certification. Create and conduct test procedures to validate flight simulation systems. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards. Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the acceptance phase.
