About the Role
Were looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join a growing Client Services team at a leading global business. This full-time position offers a flexible hybrid working model with two days per week in office and the rest remote.
Youll be the first point of contact for their clientsdelivering exceptional service, resolving queries, and building trust with each interaction. If you have strong communication skills and are passionate about helping people, wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client and adviser queries via phone, email, and letter
Own and resolve customer enquiries
Explain products and services with clarity
Handling calls and ensuring enquiries / concerns are resolved effectively
Dealing with vulnerable customers
Person Specification
Good standard of education (GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths)
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferable
Excellent communication skills spoken and written (business-level English required)
Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport
Strong customer focus committed to delivering a great experience
Comfortable using digital tools and open to learning new systems
