Join Nature’s Way Foods, a market-leading fresh food manufacturer, as our Junior Finance Business Partner. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Finance Business Partner to deliver high-quality financial insight to our procurement, distribution, and supply chain teams—helping drive stronger cost control, improved decision making and EBITDA growth.

Key responsibilities
6. Supporting the Finance Business Partner in delivering financial insight across the procurement, distribution and supply chain functions
7. Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards and KPI summaries for commercial and supply chain stakeholders
8. Ownership of weekly reporting providing clear financial insight of weekly financial performance, and assisting with the monthly reporting and forecasting process
9. Evaluates data effectively and can summarise to non-financial stakeholders within the supply chain team
10. Initially having an increased focus on business partnership with the distribution team
11. Develop ownership of finance business partnering for the distribution team, supporting them with clear reporting, analysis, and insight while building strong cross-functional relationships
12. Supporting a relentless continuous improvement culture within the team and amongst stakeholders
13. Calculating size of opportunity of creating value initiatives, tracking actualised performance and investigating variances to expectations
Requirements
14. AAT level 4 or relevant degree
15. Strong numerical and analytical skills
16. High attention to detail and comfortable working with datasets and spreadsheets.
17. Clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
18. Able to build relationships
19. Able to work well in a team and independently
