This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident hospitality professional with experience managing restaurants of 100+ covers and coordinating private events while maintaining outstanding service standards.
What were looking for:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within a busy, high-volume restaurant
Experience managing operations for 100+ covers
Strong background in private dining, events or functions
Hotel restaurant experience would be highly advantageous
A hands-on leader who can motivate and develop a large team
Excellent service standards and strong floor presence
Commercially aware with experience managing labour, stock and GP performance
Calm under pressure with a genuine passion for hospitality
