Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full sales journey from enquiry to handover:
9. Manage all incoming event enquiries via phone and email
10. Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through strong sales techniques
11. Negotiate rates and finalise contracts with clients
12. Coordinate closely with hotel departments to ensure smooth delivery
13. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
14. Identify upselling opportunities to maximise revenue
15. Support repeat business through relationship building and follow-up
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a driven Sales & Events Manager with the following:
16. Previous experience in a reactive hotel sales environment
17. Strong background in Event Sales within hospitality
18. Excellent communication and organisational skills
