Were looking for a highly organised Customer Service Administrator to join our close-knit, 5-star-rated Customer Service team. This office-based rolecombines order administration with hands-on customer support from processing orders and preparing shipping documents to liaising with carriers and assistingcustomers via phone, email, and chat
Youll be the link between warehouse, operations, and the customer, making sure everything runs smoothly from order to delivery. Expect variety, autonomy, and a friendly team atmosphere.
What youll be doing:
Managing daily order processing & dispatch planning
Creating shipping documentation and coordinating collections
Supporting customers with enquiries, returns, and complaints
Handling branded orders and liaising with suppliers
Providing admin support to the Head of Customer Services
What youll need:
3+ years experience in customer service/admin roles
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office & quick to learn new systems
Proactive, reliable, and calm under pressure
Bonus points for:
Experience with Brightpearl, ShipStation
Knowledge of international shipping
German or French language skills
