Service Manager required to lead a well-established 18-bedroom residential care home in Newcastle, providing 24 hour care for adults with physical disabilities and frail elderly residents. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high quality, person-centred care. You will lead and support staff, maintain regulatory compliance, oversee care planning and operations, and work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the home runs safely and effectively. This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, typically MondayFriday, 9am5pm. Salary: £53,000£56,000 per annum (depending on experience).
