In this vital role, you'll be at the heart of our waste and recycling operations, helping to keep our hospital clean, compliant, and efficient. Your work will directly support the safety and wellbeing of patients, staff, and visitors by managing general waste, linen, and recycling streams.

You will provide front-line support to all wards and departments within the Trust, carrying out waste, linen, and recycling duties. You will need to demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and initiative to plan your workload and resolve issues effectively.

2. Undertake waste, recycling, and linen duties in line with legislation and policies.
3. Identify and act upon risks or hazards in the working environment.
4. Support continuous service improvements.
5. Maintain and develop your competence for the role.
