We are recruiting for Night Support Workers to join our newly-established team at our children's care home, Apple Tree Bungalow near Lincoln LN6.
About The Role
Salary: £24,524.50 - £26,526.50 DOE
Working Hours: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Shift Pattern: Fixed two-week rolling rota: Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2 – Wednesday and Thursday

About The Position
As a Night Support Worker, you will help young people with complex needs. This challenging role offers rewarding opportunities to make a life-changing impact on young people's lives. Your support will help them reach their potential.
What Will You Be Doing
* Promoting safeguarding of young people
* Participating in recreational activities within the home and community
* Supporting independence skills development
* Building positive relationships with young people, respecting their dignity
* Meeting physical, emotional, behavioral, and cultural needs
* Maintaining accurate records
* Working collaboratively with the team to adapt to individual needs
* Contributing to team development
About You
Desired qualifications and experience include:
* Passion for care and supporting others' progression
* Team player with initiative
* Resilient personality, able to seek support when needed
* Good communication skills
* Computer literacy
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or willingness to complete within a fixed timeframe
