PAYE £140-£160 dependent on experience and assignment

As a Secondary Supply teacher you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintain strong behaviour management in line with school policies. Subjects which are high in demand for Secondary supply teachers include; English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, PE, ICT, Art and DT. Work with the department to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that motivates pupils in Southend-on-Sea.
Looking for Secondary Supply Teachers with:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECTs welcome)
2. Proven ability to manage classrooms and support diverse learning needs
3. Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. A passion for education and inspiring young minds
6. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
