You will play a key role in bringing learning to life outdoors, supporting childrens development through exploration, creativity, and hands-on experiences in nature.
Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Forest School sessions across early years and school-age groups Develop and implement a structured Forest School curriculum through regular outdoor learning sessions Lead nurture-based sessions supporting childrens social, emotional, communication, and behavioural needs Promote outdoor learning, curiosity, risk awareness, and independence Support and guide volunteers or additional staff assisting with sessions Uphold safeguarding, wellbeing, and safety standards at all times About You We are looking for someone enthusiastic, nurturing and passionate about outdoor learning and child development.
