Regulatory Lawyer
TipTopJob is seeking a Regulatory Lawyer for an 18-month fixed-term contract with 3+ years post-qualification experience (PQE). Responsibilities
* The appointed lawyer will manage a diverse caseload covering investigations, enforcement, fitness to practice and interim suspension matters, making autonomous decisions in complex and high-risk cases.
* Handling issues with potential reputational risk and managing related litigation.
* Operating within a hybrid working arrangement, with at least two days a week in the London office, and attending team and company events as required.
Qualifications
* Applications are open to qualified solicitors, barristers, and FCILEx with experience managing a caseload of complex legal or regulatory matters, including litigation, tribunals, or hearings.
* Experience with case management, investigations, enforcement, or working for a regulator, as well as familiarity with committees, boards, and regulatory procedures, is desirable.
* Strong understanding of regulatory procedures and relevant legislation.
