POSITION OVERVIEW We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team at The Ritz London as an Assistant Health & Safety Manager. This role is ideal for a health and safety professional looking to take the next step in their career within a luxury hospitality environment. Working closely with the Health & Safety Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and implementing compliance activities across health, safety, and hygiene-particularly during the planning and delivery of current hotel development projects. Your responsibilities will include maintaining documentation, assisting with internal audits and training schedules, supporting food safety compliance efforts, coordinating with various departments to ensure consistent application of health and safety standards throughout the hotel, and representing the Health & Safety Manager in their absence.
