We are looking for a capable, hands-onMarketing Executive to join our Christchurch-based national support office.
Aboutthe role
This is a mid-level, execution-focusedmarketing role suited to someone with 2-4 years' experience – ideally in a B2C,retail or FMCG environment – with opportunities to contribute to planning andchannel execution while working closely with internal teams and externalpartners.
Working closely with the Senior BrandManager, you’ll support the coordination and delivery of multi-channel promotionsand campaigns, supplier co-op marketing, partnerships and sponsorships, andin-store activations. You’ll help turn high-level campaign direction into clearactions, timelines, and well-executed activity across multiple channels.
This is a doing role, ideal for someonewho enjoys being in the detail, coordinating moving parts, and ensuringmarketing activity lands well across marketing channels and in-store. If youenjoy being close to the detail and making marketing happen, this role is foryou.
Whatyou’ll be doing
* Supporting the planning andcoordination of promotions and campaigns
* Leading the day-to-daycoordination and execution of supplier co-op marketing activity, andpartnership and sponsorship activations
* Translating campaign directioninto clear actions, timelines, and deliverables
* Communicating campaignrequirements with internal and external stakeholders
* Coordinating multi-channel campaignrollouts
* Supporting in-store marketingexecution, activations, and events, and working closely with store teams toensure clarity and consistency of execution
* Supporting campaign executionand basic reporting
* Supporting tracking andreporting to evaluate campaign and activity performance
About you
* 2-4 years' practicalexperience in a marketing or campaign coordination role, preferably within aB2C, retail, FMCG, or multi-channel environment
* Proven experience supportingthe delivery of marketing or promotional campaigns, including working withinternal and external stakeholders
* Exposure to multi-channelmarketing activity e.g. email marketing, paid and organic social media, websitecontent updates, etc.
* Highly organised anddetail-oriented; able to balance multiple campaigns without losing track ofcritical details or deadlines
* Strong written and verbalcommunication skills, including clear briefing and coordination with teams andpartners.
* Proactive, self-startermindset; able to progress work independently, identify blockers, and work withleadership to resolve issues
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Willingness to learn anddevelop within a high-performing marketing function
* Experience supporting in-storemarketing execution, retail activations or events is highly desirable
