About the Role
As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will ensure the hub contact centre operations deliver the required performance, providing a great customer contact experience through various channels such as phone, email, video, social media, and correspondence.
You will be responsible for leading a team supporting daily activities, driving service standards, influencing profitability, managing budgets, and maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
About You
* Excellent supervisory skills
* Experience managing a team of planners
* Experience in a social housing repairs environment
* Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
* Strong understanding of WIP management to meet and exceed targets for customer satisfaction
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
