Property Management Assistant

Responsibilities
* Assist in the creation, payment, reconciliation, and maintenance of suppliers.
* Check daily reports detailing all departmental expenditure.
* Maintain accurate property data and documentation on various property management systems (experience with MRI QUBE/ProLease is an advantage).
* Log and track correspondence and legal documentation.
* Create high‑quality professional documentation.
* Handle day‑to‑day enquiries from landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
* Coordinate property inspections, including security services at vacant properties.
* Organise works with contractors and surveyors, ensuring timely completion.
* Assist in ensuring rent demands, insurance invoices, service charges and other payment requests are checked for accuracy and paid promptly.
* Identify opportunities to add value to client and cross‑departmental relationships.
* Support the handling of legal notices and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a professional business environment; commercial property administration experience is highly desirable.
* GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
* Experience using MRI QUBE or ProLease or similar software would be a strong advantage.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A proactive, detail‑focused approach with a desire to learn and grow.
