Responsibilities
* Manage daily shipping for EU & UK, including invoicing, POD management
* Handle RMA, warranty registration, and DEMO stock tracking
* Monitor inventory, resolve stock discrepancies, and update order forecasts
* Communicate with sales teams and customers on ETA, delays, and order fulfilment
* Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce), and upload discontinued or replacement items
* Prepare weekly PSI reports, monthly stock and shipping reports, and shareholder-facing reports
* Support sales forecasts and ensure accurate data reflection across systems (e.g. SAGE)
Candidate Profile
* Over 2~3 years of experience in this job
* Efficient task prioritization
* Strong time management skills
* Experience with inventory systems, ERP / SAGE / CRM tools
* Good communication
* Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced logistics/sales environment
The role is based in West London (Zone 4) | £30,000 – £35,000 | Hybrid Working: Office Based. 1 day WFH after probation.
