What you'll be doing as a Head Chef at The Hero: ● Take the lead in crafting seasonal, locally inspired menus and make use of the fresh produce provided by our local farm. ● Manage and inspire a team of kitchen professionals ● Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment ● Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. ● Build strong relationships with local suppliers and champion sustainability. ● Work closely with the management team to drive profitability and customer satisfaction. About you, our new Head Chef at The Hero: ● Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-quality establishment. ● A passion for creating delicious, seasonal dishes. ● A creative mindset and a genuine love for hospitality ● Food Safety Level 3 Certification (or willingness to complete a course provided by us) ● Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen management. ● Excellent communication and organisational skills. ● Exceptional leadership skills and a passion for developing others.
