Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only Plus Inset Days
Hours: 8am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Henbury Court Primary Academy are looking for an Attendance and Office Administrator to join their team to assist with improving children’s outcomes and attendance by providing high quality and effective administrative support and front of house services.
We are looking for someone who has:
1. The ambition to improve school attendance through implementing the school’s successful systems and processes
2. Training in school administration systems such as Bromcom, Arbor or SIMs
3. Further education training (NVQ level 3 or above) as well as additional training in data management
4. Experience of managing pupil records and admissions
5. A clear UK driving license for a manual car
6. Experience working with external stakeholders from the Local Authority, governors, parents and colleagues within a professional environment
7. An awareness of barriers to school attendance and strategies to overcome them
8. A clear, friendly tone but someone who can hold the line and be firm when needed
9. The ability to speak another language (other than English)
10. Strong organisational skills with the ability to motivate and inspire people around you
11. The ability to present data to senior leaders within the school or Trust
12. The ability to identify and manage data trends
13. An ability to commit to the school with high standards or professionalism, reliability and integrity
