You’ll be part of our Direct Protection team, guiding customers through their protection journey with care and clarity. We help people understand their options and make informed decisions. You’ll handle calls, manage applications, and support customers online via live chat. Every conversation matters—and you’ll make sure it’s a positive one. You’ll also work closely with colleagues across Aviva to deliver great outcomes.
Skills and experience
* Confident communicator with a warm, professional tone
* Able to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable using digital tools and managing multiple tasks
* Proactive and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset
* Experience in customer service or financial services is a bonus
What you’ll get for this role
* Starting salary £25,100
* Bonus opportunity - 6% (A & B grade) of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
