We’re looking for a commercially minded, detail-driven Product & Range Manager to join us in a job share, working Monday to Wednesday. You’ll be part of the team responsible for building and delivering our Christmas product range for one of the UK’s most loved retailers — turning creative ideas into real products that delight shoppers and drive results. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, product and people. You’ll collaborate across teams to build ranges, brief product and creative, and manage trading activity — all with a clear focus on value, quality and customer experience. What you’ll be doing Build and deliver insight-led, market-relevant product ranges Execute range strategy across architecture, pricing and display Use sales data and shopping lists to identify product opportunities Ensure ranges are profitable and aligned to financial targets Understand the retailer’s strategy, shopper behaviour and market landscape Spot trading opportunities and take action to maximise performance Write line-level product briefs that bring the creative vision to life Collaborate with Marketing on campaign elements Work with supply partners to ensure quality, cost and delivery standards Support customer meetings and present ranges where needed Help roll out Hallmark brand SKUs and global products Prepare workbooks for PO sign-off with the Senior Product & Range Manager Use digital tools to drive efficient ways of working What you’ll bring Degree or equivalent experience in product development or marketing Experience delivering strategy to fixed KPIs Strong commercial acumen and product development knowledge Ability to build ranges and explain the rationale behind selections Experience writing product briefs and collaborating with creative teams Confident using sales data to identify trends and trading opportunities Understanding of retailer range validation (APO, pricing, mix, variance) Knowledge of costing, sourcing and supplier management Comfortable with data-led decision making and reporting Flexible, resilient and focused on delivering results Your style You’re organised, curious and collaborative — with a sharp eye for detail and a love of getting things right. You enjoy working with others to bring ideas to life and make things happen. You’re confident juggling priorities and staying focused on what matters most.
