About The Role
As Clinical Mental Health Lead / Deputy of a Barchester Hospital, you'll work closely with the Hospital Director, taking on leadership duties in their absence. You can expect to help create an environment that's caring, supportive and safe for your patients and team. It's a leadership role that provides clinical leadership across the hospital, ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation and delivering against quality key performance indicators.
About You
The Deputy Hospital Director role calls for management and Mental Health Nursing experience and natural leadership skills. You'll ensure each patient's, sometimes complex, care needs are met by your team. You’ll also have responsibility for balancing budgets and developing strategies, while always finding time for the people in your care. This is a demanding but rewarding role at Barchester; it may require occasional weekend, bank holiday and out-of-hours work, and participation in an on-call rota. Please be RMN or RNLD qualified.
