Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Community Mental Health Nurse to join our Memory Team in Middlesbrough, based at Woodside Resource Centre.. We are looking for a dynamic, positive and forward-thinking clinician with a passion for caring for people with cognitive impairment, their families and carers. Please note this is a 12 month fixed term job share opportunity.
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and be able to demonstrate best practice in community mental health service delivery for older people, their families and carers. The ability to work independently, effectively and collaboratively within Multidisciplinary Teams, with external partners, and most importantly - with people, their families and unpaid or paid carers, is an essential part of this role.

Essential
1. Current professional registration with Nursing & Midwifery Council - RNMH or RNLD (RNSC - CAMHS only ) - RGN (If appropriate
2. Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
3. Recognised sign-off mentor, clinical educator or equivalent. Must be achieved within agreed timescale.
4. Trained in Clinical Supervision and providing clinical supervision OR willingness to work towards within 6 months
