This pivotal role provides operational leadership and continuity by covering managerial responsibilities across multiple branches during periods of annual leave, vacancies, or absence. As a Floating Lettings Manager, you will be offered:
1. Basic Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum (with additional guaranteed earnings for a fixed introductory period)
2. On-Target Earnings: £45,000 – £50,000 (inclusive of commission)
3. Company Vehicle: Company car or £3,000 annual car allowance

As a Floating Lettings Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
7. Assume full management responsibility for branch operations in the absence of the Lettings Manager
8. Drive branch profitability, performance, and service standards
9. Generate new business opportunities and increase market share
10. Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
11. Provide expert advice and guidance to landlords
12. Ensure an exceptional experience for tenants throughout the lettings process
13. Lead, motivate, and develop team members through structured meetings and coaching
14. Monitor local market trends and position the branch as a trusted local authority
15. Work collaboratively with teams to match suitable tenants to available properties
16. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
