Job Description:
How we make the difference in Regulatory and Risk
Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career effectively. You'll develop your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver value to our clients from the outset.
The work is interesting, varied, and high-profile. Given the current economic climate and increasing complexity, clients and Regulators are focusing more on risk and regulatory issues.
You can expect to work in the following areas:
* Modelling and Model Risk Management: Model Risk involves potential adverse outcomes from errors in business and financial models and their use. You will work with clients on model development, validation, and governance, and learn coding languages supporting areas like climate and credit risk modelling.
* Financial Risk and Resilience: Support clients in prudential regulatory, ESG, and insurance risks through services like assurance, deal support, and optimization at the board level.
* Wholesale: Work with wholesale clients on challenges like conduct risk, risk transformation, internal controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.
* Retail: Focus on retail clients, involving conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS. Clients range from global asset managers to insurance and banking sectors.
How you’ll grow with us
This three-year programme helps you build experience and expertise in Risk management across the financial sector, aligned with our 'learn for a lifetime' philosophy. You will work towards the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification with our support.
The teams you could work in
You will advise clients on regulatory compliance and sustainability integration into Risk management, helping them address business challenges with pragmatic solutions. This is a dynamic, meaningful area for new graduates.
If you are curious, resilient, and agile, you could thrive with us.
