The Team You will integrate into a highly structured medical department led by a Lead British Doctor and supported by specialist Physiotherapists. The nursing team is exclusively Western-trained, ensuring seamless communication and clinical alignment in a collaborative, high-performance setting.
The Safety To guarantee patient continuity and practitioner well-being, the role operates on a strict double-nurse shift system. This protocol ensures you have immediate clinical backup during shifts and significant downtime to recharge and explore the diverse ports of call.
