BREEAM Sustainability Consultant
Location: Bristol
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
A consultancy firm is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable BREEAM Sustainability Consultant to join their growing team and help lead the delivery of high-impact, low-carbon projects across a variety of sectors.
As a BREEAM Sustainability Consultant you will be responsible for delivering environmental assessments, working closely with clients, design teams and specialists to create sustainable outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
Manage BREEAM assessments across multiple projects
Stay up to date with updating standards, legislation and best practices in sustainability
Liaise with assessors, contractors and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and met
Provide strategic sustainability advice to design teams and clients What we’re looking for:
Accredited BREEAM assessor
2+ years’ experience delivering BREEAM assessments
Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and UK building regulations
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Experience with wider environmental assessments
Excellent communication, report-writing and project management skillsBenefits:
