About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Senior Manager to provide advice to our Private Clients. This role supports Partners, mentors junior staff, and delivers technically sound advice with a personal touch. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and professional referrers—managing projects from start to finish while adding value.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Provide high-quality tax advice to Private Clients, including HNWIs, Trusts, and Estates
* Lead meetings, scope projects, and manage delivery end-to-end
* Support Partners and Directors with departmental strategy and operational excellence
* Build and maintain relationships with external referrers
* Mentor and develop junior team members
* Keep technical skills sharp and share knowledge across the team
* Contribute to Wills and Estates work (experience beneficial but not essential)
What We’re Looking For
* CTA, STEP or other relevant qualification preferred
* Strong technical knowledge in Private Client
* Experience with Trusts, Estates, IHT planning
* Confident, commercially aware, and client-focused
* Able to influence and collaborate at all levels
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player
