In this busy and exciting role, you will carry lead responsibility for most elements of the business with the exception of Sales and Finance, covering Production, Warehousing, Transport, H&S, Preventative Maintenance and Repair Programmes, whilst supporting the Quality Manager with HACCP and BRCGS accreditation. The role of the Operations Manager will include; - Operational oversight within production, warehousing and delivery, promoting continuous improvement and keeping focus on technical solutions in the market place. - Lead staff training support employee progression. - Control staffing levels and lead recruitment and performance management. - Working with the Factory Supervisor to oversee stock control. - Overseeing breakdown and planned preventative maintenance and process development. - Being the Hygiene lead for the factory and warehouse.
