We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic qualified teacher (QTS required) to lead small group learning in a supportive and engaging environment.

About the Role

1. Teach small groups of no more than 8 pupils, ensuring highly personalised learning.
2. Deliver activity-based sessions that promote engagement and progress.
3. Use learning through play approaches to develop communication, independence, and confidence.
4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an inclusive and caring classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For

5. QTS (Primary or Secondary) with a passion for innovative teaching.
6. Creativity and flexibility in planning and delivering lessons.
7. Strong understanding of child development and active learning strategies.
8. Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
