Role Overview
As an Oracle Cloud R2R Associate Manager, you will lead teams designing and delivering Oracle Cloud Record to Report and Asset Management solutions for government and financial services organizations. You will broaden your leadership, application and consulting skills, collaborate as a key member of the UK Oracle team, develop credibility, and build relationships with client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Record‑to‑Report and Asset Management solutions.
* Collaborate across teams within the UK Oracle practice.
* Build and maintain credibility and relationships with client stakeholders.
Required Experience and Skills
* Oracle Cloud General Ledger, Asset Management & Subledger Accounting expertise.
* Strong experience implementing Oracle Cloud Record to Report and Asset Management solutions.
* Design and implementation of enterprise structures, chart of accounts, and local reporting.
* Proficiency in finance data structures, data migration, and integration.
* Deep understanding of finance processes and challenges.
* Excellent communication and client‑facing skills, including leading workshops.
Preferred Knowledge
* Understanding of Oracle Cloud’s AI capabilities and agents.
* Experience with user‑experience design, personas, and user journeys.
* Functional data conversion, transformation and reconciliation skills.
* Comprehensive knowledge of functional, application and technical implementation approaches in an Oracle Cloud ERP programme.
