We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant from any sector to join an established team. Managing the process from interview to placement Account / Client management Proactively conducting warm / cold sales to generate business Contract negotiating Basic admin duties Starting salary: £28,000 - £29,500 per annum (dependent on experience) with a generous commission structure. Senior consultants or higher please also get in contact (higher salaries available). Proof of billings to be required regardless of role. OTE (On Target Earnings) 1st Year: £45k 2nd Year: £60k 3rd Year: £70k. Uncapped commissions. Higher earnings can be achieved through exceptional candidates.
