Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Digital Technology Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our day-to-day digital technology operations. You will be an essential point of contact for ServiceNow, asset management, and prosumer inquiries, assisting end-users and internal stakeholders with excellent service and guidance.
Responsibilities
1. Support daily digital technology operations, including ServiceNow administration and asset management.
2. Act as the primary contact for ServiceNow, NEXT Connect, prosumer, and asset management queries.
3. Assist end-users and internal stakeholders by providing clear guidance and excellent service.
4. Collaborate with Service Management and cross-functional teams to enhance the ServiceNow platform.
5. Maintain accurate documentation, including Standard Work Instructions and ServiceNow articles.
6. Produce reports, analyse data, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Support internal communications, complex service queries, and project work as needed.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
9. Perform operational tasks such as conducting prosumer surveys and analysing market feedback.
10. Engage in ongoing learning and development through collaboration with international teams.
