Job Title: Experienced Autism Support Worker
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Salary: £12.31 Per hour
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Essential: Experience in an Autism Support setting and managing challenging behaviour is essential
Shifts: Day shifts at 7.30am & 3pm, evening shift 2.30-10pm, including weekend work

Service
Vermont House is a bespoke Residential Service designed to support up to six autistic adults, or those with learning disabilities and associated needs, to develop skills and confidence for independent living.

Support Worker Duties
* Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
* Assisting with daily goals & activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
* Developing person-centred plans for residents, including employment, education, and other opportunities
* Maintaining records and risk assessments
* Providing personal care with a focus on promoting independence
* Supporting daily activities and personal development
