Role:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account/Claims Handler. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, including renewals, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing, processing, and coordinating insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Renewals, Customer Service, and Account Management skills
* Acturis Experience Desirable
* Experience in the Insurance and Insurance Brokerage domain
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
* Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in Insurance or related field beneficial
