Are you an experienced Account Manager dealing with Health and Risk schemes? Then this is the role for you! Working with this successful Employee Benefits firm you will be responsible for the retention, cross-sell and upsell of existing employer accounts for our Health & Wellbeing services.
Main duties of the role will include:
* Become key point of contact for designated customers that use the Health and Wellbeing services, nurturing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
* Attend meetings with customers both virtual and face to face to offer health and wellbeing solutions to their challenges, promote new products and services
* Support the bid and tenders' team in developing solutions to customer's needs, attending tender presentations, and implementing successful contracts
* Onboarding and support for new customers following successful contract wins from the sales team.
