A key part of your role is undertaking plant related project work, where you will have full lifecycle responsibility from initial concept through to final commissioning. Requirements of an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Plant Projects: You must have gained your experience within a heavy engineering, manufacturing or process oriented environment, be apprentice trained and qualified ideally to an HND standard Electrically. It is also crucial to the role that you have a proven background in leading a team of maintenance professionals and undertaking plant related projects.
