Job Title: Senior National Account Manager
Are you a dynamic leader with a proven track record in national account management within the FMCG or OTC sectors? Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships, leading high-performing teams, and driving commercial success?
Our client is currently seeking a Senior National Account Manager for a 12-month contract.
Role Overview:
This is a field-based position with occasional travel (approximately twice a month) to the client’s office located in the Wakefield area for sales and marketing meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Leadership
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with national grocery, high street, and discount customers.
* Manage and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs), pricing strategies, contracts, and consistently deliver against sales targets.
* Lead forecasting, budgeting, and contribute to overall P&L management.
* Drive brand growth initiatives, expand distribution channels, and enhance commercial performance.
* Negotiate trade terms to secure mutual long-term value.
