The Role - SENDCo / Head of Access to Learning Faculty As SENDCo, you will: Lead the strategic development of the school's SEN policy and provision Coordinate day-to-day provision for pupils with SEND or a disability Provide professional guidance to colleagues, parents, carers, and external agencies Monitor and evaluate the quality of provision, ensuring inclusion across the school community Oversee alternative learning provision and the effective deployment of support staff Work closely with the leadership team to drive whole-school improvement and promote an inclusive ethosWhy Join Us?
